One of the famous places in GS road to get a quick drink. Don't get carried by the name...it's not a family restaurant and Don't take your family or kids...it's a bar...people mostly visit to get alcoholic drinks. Some items are worth mentioning like chicken kebab, tandoori chicken, pork pura, sliced pork, chicken65 etc...do try. As drinks are concerned if you are drinking beer it's ok...but if you take expensive whiskey or vodka...u might not exactly get what you want.( highly doubtful quantity and quality.. they might mix some cheap stuff also) keep your count also...they often make calculation mistakes. This place is best for a quick bottle of chilled beer and chicken kebab with friends, if AC and ambience is not a issue.

Visited in the evening to try out the pork dishes. Hygiene is sub par, food was average, and filled with mosquitoes. A shady place for people looking to have alcohol. Visit at your own risk.

Good service. Delicious food. Good place to drink inside the city. Gives you the feeling of a Dhaba in the middle of a bustling city despite all the noises and chaos happening around the Guwahati city. Lovely ambience. Beer with their special King Kabab is the best combo. I don't think I have tasted better Kababs anywhere else! You can go with your friends and hangout here. I won't recommend for family with kids. This place has cosy cottages as well as tables laid out in the open. It's not so cheap, but affordable.

It is a little unheard-of-place with a few traditional bamboo huts-cottages & trellis work. If you are away from home and miss home-made food, then this place can be visited as it serves good food from the Assamese / Axomiya pakghar (kitchen). You don't have to rush to a highway dhaba but it is hidden right behind the buildings on the busy G.S. Road opposite NRL office. We tried the fish and pork thali which is quite reasonable. The best was the cool and refreshing 'thekera tenga drink' and the warm service. It was served with plates and bowls filled with love and utmost care. There is a kuwa (well) too should you feel like washing your hands-face with some cool water. It is out-of-bounds for students as alcohol is also served. Travellers and tourists (domestic as well as foreigners) who are either short of time or want to taste traditional Axomiya (Assamese) food can have a quick quiet bite under the shade of the tree. We tried visiting it after watching a local vlogger's video. Surprisingly my best half and I who had worked on the same stretch of the busy G.S. Road had no inkling about the existence of this particular resto. Perhaps it is by word-of-mouth that its existence came into prominence. The place could be kept a bit more neat and tidy though esp. the wash-basin with a dust-bin in the premise (and not necessarily only in the kitchen).

Cosy, homely environment. Excellent staff. Drinking & smoking allowed, various drinks are served, ashtray will be there in every table you take.Reasonable price for everything.Spend as much time as you want,No disturbance from the staff members.

I found this bar an average one as an outsider of Guwahati. The atmosphere could be good but it is hard to sit in the evening due to extreme mosquitoes though mosquitoes are everywhere in Guwahati. As it is a non ac open air space so mosquitoes can easily bite people. Though I liked the decor which is made mostly with bamboo. Liquor prices are moderate. Food is tasty, I had chilli pork and malai chicken kebab and found malai chicken kebab is very tasty. Malai chicken kebab in this bar is very famous in Guwahati. Bike parking is available. Not suitable for family and kids because this bar is mostly for men oriented who come from work in the evening and have liquors in moderate rate.
