worst hair wash experience ever, unprofessional staff, used normal raga shampoo in my recently straightened hair, after which i got lot hairfall, who applies shampoo in hair length instead of scalp ?? plz tell me?? so my hair lost shine became rough,after that seeing my dry frizzy hair dryer used with lot of heat, scalp was feeling heavy greasy after hair wash . Again i need to wash my hair elsewhere with spa to gain my normal hair.
