I had an amazing experience with Headturners Salon. After my first hair spa didn’t go quite right, Meena ji personally reached out to me over the phone and invited me back for a follow-up scalp treatment. That level of accountability and customer care is honestly rare these days. When I visited again, the team took the time to understand the issue and gave me a proper scalp treatment. They were patient, professional, and genuinely focused on making things right rather than brushing it aside. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how a business responds - and Headturners handled it with sincerity and care. Really appreciate the effort they took to ensure I left satisfied this time. 😊

I love the look of my hair, that says a lot about the hair stylist who has invested 7-8 hours in colour correcting my hair. Also, the staff was warm and hospitable. Despite sitting for long, they ensured I had a good cup of tea. Even the clean up deserves mention too. Thank you for the great service.

I have been waiting to pen this down since a long time..Terrible and pathetic experience. Miss Meena, The manager. Extremely fake on face . She put a quote on hair extensions last time herself , and once the process was done, she asked double. On asking her why, she said, maam I charged very less. I didnt know the market rate then. I was stunned. I paid her more than what she quoted but ofcourse not double. She thought she was the only one providing the service in guwaahti. Then again, I called her for another service , i was okay with the price she quoted as I was helpless . The day of service, I realised she got the wrong type of extensions. Not the one I did. And her response is she has no idea about hair extensions and she hadn't opened the packet , it was lying there for 4 days. Wait, on top of it. She asked me for an advance . I said I will pay 5k, she requested for 8k, cause that would make it easier to avail the hair extensions from Calcutta or wherever. Is head turners that poor, that they need customers money to get the hair extensions?? Reality was that she didnt trust me that I would come for the service . Who asks for a parlour service advance ? This is not a package. This is pathetic and would never recommend anyone to go there. No smiles on the hair dressers face. No one asks for water even. You have to tell them twice. They feel like they dont like their job, but doing it somehow. Vlcc is so so so much better

I was in a rush and needed a few services done quickly—Puja managed everything so smoothly and did a fantastic job. She’s really good at what she does. This place (and Puja!) is definitely my go-to now.

Had a great experience at Head Turners GS road Guwahati. It was my first ear piercing and Miss Pooja did a great job. I couldn’t even get to know before my ear got pierced.
