For the first time I had visited the Lakme Salon in Zoo road. My experience at this Salon was exceptional! The salon's commitment to hygiene was evident.The ambience is really nice . The services was awesome.I had my hair cut, Global hair color, eyebrow threading, the korean essence face clean up , Manicure . I am thankful to Sanjog , Diti ,Barnali , Manda for guiding me and giving me a fresh look. Looking forward to visit again❤️.

I got hair spa and hair cutting services at the Zoo Road Lakmé salon from Boby Baruah . She was wonderful , took her time and gave the best service related to my hair condition. Highly recommend her services. The ambience at the salon was great too .

This is my first time getting my hair cut here and I am completely dissatisfied. Who did I ask to do it? What did they do? My hair was completely ruined. The staff here could have been better. The person who cut my hair is new.

Loved the experience. Very less salons in Guwahati can handle curly hairs and Tahmina, Rimshree handled it really great. And the manager Manda, is very kind, and helpful. Definitely recommend for curly hair people.

I recently visited this salon and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, especially the manager Manda law, the service was done with care and attention to detail. The space was clean and comfortable. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and very satisfied definitely worth a visit!

I went for a haircut and the lady didn't ask me much and not showed any photos, she kept cutting my hair, but the outcome was just alright. Though I didn't like the hair settings, as my hair is straight to slightly wavy and she tried to make it completely wavy and my hair looked messy as that's not the texture of my hair, later after washing my hair when my hair came back to its original texture, it wasn't bad. I also went for threading, though the shape was done well, yet I got lil injuries below my eyebrows.
