Worst Salon ever. On 6th June, their “SENIOR” stylist cut my hair completely unevenly & way too short & when I told her that she has cut way too short that time itself, she started telling me oh you told me to cut this short but I only told her to cut till the base of my neck!!! Then she said oh you are bending your head that’s why it is looking so short (completely trying to manipulate the situation!!). And due to how short it was, it looked so bad on my wavy hair, I HAD TO GET TRESPLEX (makes hair straight for 3 to 4 months) TREATMENT THE NEXT DAY (7th June)!!! I had to go out of the city and needed to look presentable but even this did not help infact MY CURLS STARTED REAPPEARING RIGHT FROM THE FIRST HAIR WASH ITSELF WHICH I TOOK ON 10TH JUNE!!!! I HAVE SPENT Rs.10,075 ON THE SERVICES I TOOK ON BOTH THE DAYS (NONE OF THE SERVICE PAID OFF). IT’S BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND YET THEY HAVE NOT TRANSFERRED A REFUND TO ME LET ALONE A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE HARASSMENT I WENT THROUGH BECAUSE OF THEM!!!! THEY KEEP AVOIDING MY REFUND BUT I WILL KEEP ON ESCALATING THE ISSUE UNTIL I GET MY COMPLETE REFUND!!!! AND ALSO THIS REVIEW WAS NEEDED TO BE GIVEN SO PEOPLE KNOW HOW BAD THEIR SERVICES ARE. TOTAL BS!!! Also, guess what? This is the second time they have done this. On around Feb, 2020 (just a few days before lockdown) I had gotten highlights done from them for a wedding I needed to attend in a different city and the same thing happened: THE COLOR STARTED FADING RIGHT FROM THE FIRST WASH AND WITHIN 5-6 WASHES ALL THE RED COLOR HIGHLIGHTS WERE GONE COMPLETELY!!!! LAST TIME I DID NOT REPORT THE ISSUE BUT THIS TIME I AM NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL THEY GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND AT THE VERY LEAST OR MAYBE GET MY HAIR MAGICALLY GROWN BACK TO HOW IT WAS BEFORE I CAME TO THIS “SALON”. STAFFS ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AT ALL. THEY ARE TAUGHT HOW TO REVERSE BLAME THEIR FAULTS ON THE CUSTOMERS AND CHEAT THEM. THE WORST SALON EVER. Got a new haircut and hair color, it turned out exactly how I imagined! I’m so in love with it! Highly recommend Hair Stylist Achung if you’re looking for a fresh trim. Also love their services, staff have well etiquette and are very professional.

I had a very bad experience at this place ... I did permanent smoothening just before my wedding .. which I did after seeking their advice on it only ... I had to spend 8000 rupees and the service was horrible ...the person who did was probably in a bad mood ... My hair was breaking in between the process only due to pulling and all ..and later within 3 days of the procedure,it went back to my original hair but with severe breakage which I didn't have before that .. I lost my money my time and my hair was ruined just before my wedding ... And I complained regarding the same,but they didn't reciprocate properly even after they telling me they will find a solution for it ...I have given a photo below showing my hair after 3 days of their treatment... It was like I spent my money and wasted my time to damage my hair ... absolutely regretting the decision especially it was horrible to have experienced this just before my wedding 😭🥲😭

Wouldn’t recommend at all!! Those people are very rude and negligent. The last time I had went there to take their services using vouchers but the receptionist wasn’t willing to redeem them trying to den y as if they do not want to give services. Had to argue till late night and she didn’t even try to apologize where the actual mistake was from their side. Second time also they trying to deny their services because I wanted to redeem my vouchers. Also, trying to be very pushy to take more pricey services. I don’t think they want to entertain any customer who want to spend a little. Their staff mostly come off as rude, pushy and negligent. I felt that they just cheat customers and not pay a good service. If you are going to spend money here , think twice before doing it. If you want to burn a hole in pocket then go ahead. They just want to cheat and finish their services in a quick span of time. Would suggest people to go to try other branches instead.

Never ever been disappointed by their service!

I went today for the first time. It was really good and clean. There is a girl name Jyoti she was really friendly and good at her job as well. I did spa and trimming and to my surprise for the first time someone literally trimmed my hair and did cut it short. It's just that the salon is bit expensive so I gave one star less rest everything was good.
