really great experience! let me explain quite the whole story- I wanted to colour my hair with Loreal Paris Feria P1 Smokey Blue colour. but I guess this colour is not available in India without like 150% tax. I didn't even wanted to colour with other brands also. Here, ma'am tested many different combinations of Loreal Paris Professional Majirel colours, finally after a hard work she succeeded with testing. I am so happy with the colour and the experience. She is a true genius. other than that, my girlfriend had hair cut (so nicely), de.tan, and hair spa. Not so costly, clean and hygiene ambiance, every single staff is so friendly and nice.

Worst experience. The lady burned my wife’s hair while highlighting. God knows what product the lady uses. My wife is having hairfall issues after that. We went to another parlour. There they told us how the highlight damaged her hair. Also, they charge a lot of money without even giving a proper receipt.

Worst experience ever. I went for highlighting my hair. But it was the worst experience, my hair is experiencing a lot of breakage. I went to other parlour to check the cause of hair breakage. They told me that its due to long exposure to bleach. Next I told the lady there to use 20 strips for the highlight, she used 35 strips without even informing me and charged a hefty amount of money. Pathetic!! Don’t ever go there.

I enjoyed my time at this beauty parlour overall. The environment was tidy and relaxing, and the employees were cordial and competent. The salon provides numerous hair treatments, such as keratin smoothing and hair smoothing. I made the decision to have the keratin smoothing procedure, and I am extremely happy with the outcomes. For weeks later, my hair remained frizz-free and seemed lustrous and silky. The stylist was highly knowledgable about the procedure and took the time to thoroughly explain it to me before beginning.
