One of the best dairy product store from Guwahati. Prices are reasonably high but quality of the products are also good.

Rabri was delicious so is the sweet curd. Sweets are available. A little maintenance is needed though.

This place is famous for doi (curd), cream, pitha etc. It sells local homemade products. You can purchase local vegetables, rice, from its market.

The quality and service, which were excellent once upon a time, have now become disappointing. Despite accurate pricing, the quality of products, especially milk and pickles, feels compromised, leaving customers feeling deceived.

One of the 3rd class shops in guwahati. They sell 3 days old curd as new one and fresh. The shopkeeper don't care and argue with useless attitude that 3 days old curd is fresh like new one. Moreover the sweets they sell are no more better than roadside shops with 0 quality and uselessly overpriced. Especially the behaviour of the shopkeeper of the khanapara, farmgate is totally nonsense and rude, doesn't know how to deal with customer. The owner should look into the matter.

Totally nonsense attitude of the salesperson. Went to khanapara branch and surprisingly 3 days old curd was labelled as fresh. And when questioned abt it, sales person casually and baselessly answered that as it is in the freezer hence it is fresh. Whereas on the box it was written "to be consumed within three days". Totally nonsense answer. I hope the management follows the rules and regulations set by the government and FSSAI. And if the sales people don't have knowledge about food related rules and regulations then it's the duty of the management to make them knowledgeable. I hope the management looks into the matter. These kind of classless and hazardous food shouldn't be sold and cheat the customers. Sitajakhala I hope your management will not overlook the matter. Thank you

Awesome place. Good product.Interior of the store needs repairing and improvement immediately. But must say the behavior of the staff engaged is very friendly and appreciating. A true sales man.. You can find few chairs to sit on and enjoy any of the products.however the place gets jam packed if there are even 5 people inside the shop.but its not crowded all the time.you ca spend 5 to 15 minutes here having the fresh cream or maybe Sweet and snacks

My recent experience in tea stall at main branch of Sitajakhala s very bad.I had to wait for 20min to 25min for a single cup of tea.The behaviour of manager was also very rude and staff were not so efficient.Overall system at that stall is very bad and the available food making was also very unhealthy and unhygienic.
