The whole place is so nicely located. But it is I’ll maintained and also AC is leaking . And ceilings are faded and dark .. no proper lighting . Chairs and table are totally worn out . The surrounding is not cleaned and approach from road is broken. The portion of see through to kitchen was broken . People without 🧤 gloves and head cap were working inside .. even in casual cloths persons were taking orders .. the delivery boys directly going inside the kitchen .. overall there was no management .. and a trusted brand having such a pathetic output … needs lot of improvement .. people concerned please act

I am extremely disappointed by the dishonesty and unprofessional conduct displayed at your outlet today. When I visited, I was informed that online payment was not working, so I paid in cash. The staff told me I would receive ₹67 as change later. My sister and I started eating, and due to a discussion, we unfortunately forgot to collect the change before leaving. I acknowledge that the bill was left on the table and I take responsibility for forgetting to collect it at that moment. However, when I returned shortly after to collect my ₹67, the cashier said that they did not have change and said I have to get ₹60. I was surprised as I clearly remembered the amount. When I requested her to check the recent transaction record (since it had not been long), she said there was no record available, yet she clearly remembered what I had ordered. This was disappointing. It is not about the ₹7 I didn't get back but about the honesty I expected from your staff. If online payment systems are not functioning, the outlet should at least be prepared with sufficient change for cash transactions. She was constantly complaining about not having change especially when online payment was already not working. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better conduct and management at your outlet in the future.

The order was prepared quickly, and the pizza arrived piping hot. The crust was perfectly baked, and they didn't skimp on the toppings this time. The staff was polite and the pickup process was seamless. Overall a good experience and I'd like to order again.

I ordered only starters like popcorn chicken, boneless chicken, and something called bombs. Delivery time was good and the food was excellent—served hot and tasty. However, the peri peri dip mentioned while ordering was not provided. Overall, a great experience apart from that small miss.
