Assam- Arunachal Trip : 10 days Trip The Safar Panda trip was an exceptional and meticulously organized experience. From the outset, Safar Panda demonstrated exceptional professionalism. As a novice in planning an in-planned trip, I harbored some reservations about utilizing Safar Panda. However, it transpired to be the most reliable and cost-effective trip I have ever undertaken. Safar Panda efficiently managed all necessary permits, accommodations, and the driver, Dhandeshwar Das, who proved to be an invaluable asset. I firmly believe that this was the most remarkable unplanned trip I have ever experienced with an agency that I was unfamiliar with. The accommodations provided were of exceptional quality, and Safar Panda consistently ensured our well-being throughout the itinerary. Despite the absence of any unforeseen challenges, they remained readily available to offer assistance whenever required. Safar Panda exhibited prompt responsiveness and demonstrated exceptional competence in their operations..

We had one of best time of our life during our visit to Assam and Arunanchal Pradesh. We visited during November end and December start which seemed to be ideal time. Arunanchal is full of scenic natural beauty and overall trip was well organized and professional. Special mention to our driver Aliul who made sure we reached destination on time. We would like to recommend Branmhaputra river cruise (3-5 PM sunset time), Umananda temple, Kamakhya Temple, Nameri River Sunset, Dirang Monastery, Sela Pass, Bumla Pass, Jaswant Garh War Memorial, Jung Falls, Mandala Top, Giant Budhha, Monpa Village Living Museum, Hidden Village Trek to fellow travellers for visit as they are full of natural scenic beauty. Also do try authentic Assamese and Arunanchal food which tastes amazing. Out of all homestays we enjoyed our stay at Kameng Residency, Tawang Heights, Letro Homestay, Zewa Cottage and would recomment to visit these places as service, food, vibe of the place and view was amazing at this places. Travel will be little hectic so make sure to cover places per day as per your preference as on road travel will be minium 3-4 hours every day. PFA photos of trip with names of places as captions. Below is our feedback and advice: 1) Do make sure to check hotel reviews before confirming the booking since service was great in some of the places but few homestays were not as friendly and welcoming. Also do convey same while checking in so that preventive mesaures can be taken. 2) Kindly check flight cancellation, vehicle permit and ILP before traveling 3) Homestays provided had delicious food however you can explore near by authentic restaurants for more options and authentic food

Trip dates- 18th to 25th October 2025 This was my first trip through a travel agency and needless to say, was very sceptical of choosing this mode. I chose SafarPanda because they presented the most detailed and suitable itinerary from the beginning. They updated and accommodated my choices within a reasonable range of money and I had to not once contact them for any inconvenience throughout. The only times I contacted them was to thank them for a smooth trip. The taxi and driver (an enthusiastic and skilled gentleman who honoured us with Assamese Gomochha on our departure and even managed to get our tickets for a Tawang War Memorial show in our absence) was with us throughout the trip. SafarPanda took care of our permits, passes, accommodations and there were no hidden charges. We could see Guwahati-Kaziranga-Bomdila-Dirang-Sangti Valley-Tawang and Shergaon at a comfortable pace. I strongly suggest the ones with strong reservations against agency organised trips to give SafarPanda a chance. They make trips hasslefree and memorable by adding offbeat locations in the itinerary. Since they are a NE based group, they know the turf better than non-NE based agencies. Go for it!
