Very beautiful place...must visit and you will visit again and again in Purushartha...I m not spoking but the fabrics,the collection the dressing attire will spoke....so guys don't miss ...

Most costly residential in Guwahati and location is just opposite to Guwahati Zoo , It's combine with shopping mall and residential area . Too costly for normal people .It's luxury residential area in Guwahati and well maintained 24/7 cctv and 24/7 electricity .From front side irs look like castle and inside is different world with all facilities .In front of the Spanish Garden is huge greenery . Most of the bus towards Guwahati Club and Jarukbhari are easily available just in front of the Spanish Garden .

Nice place and costly apartment of guwahati.... Near by to the assam state zoo... Also near to ganeshguri to Chandmari rote...

The gate staff is very rude.

It’s my place, best in town with all Morden facilities and loveable extended family. We celebrate every festival with joy. No problem of water as projected, of course we purchased.

Probably the best address in Guwahati right now. Society is well managed and common areas are well maintained. They have swimming pools, snooker and billiard tables, table tennis and ample parking space. The gym is not the best though.
