Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Bimal Cars, Radha Nagar

Absolutely pathetic experience at this Tata Service Center. I went there just to reset my engine oil reminder since I had already changed the oil outside 2000 km ago. Instead of doing a simple job, the RM, Mr. Mithun (or Mithoon), started insisting that I must change the entire oil again at their showroom or they wouldn’t even touch the car. His exact words were, “Pura oil change karne se hi kaam hoga, warna nahi hoga.” Seriously? Is this customer service or forced billing? The attitude was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. Even the reception staff were equally unhelpful and indifferent. It honestly felt like they were more interested in extracting money than helping a customer. Thankfully, Axom Motors handled the same work smoothly without drama. Would strongly advise customers to avoid this service center if you value your time, money, and basic respect.

This Service Centre offers a generally pleasant experience with courteous and helpful staff. The customer lounge is well-maintained and equipped with essential amenities including tea, coffee, drinking water, a clean washroom, and a television with a dish connection for entertainment during the wait. However, the centre tends to be very busy, and the service is quite slow. Customers should be prepared to spend several hours, as the process often takes up most of the day.

Avoid if you are on a budget! I took my car in at 9:44 AM specifically for an ignition display issue. Instead of fixing the problem, they pushed an oil change on me. I was quoted roughly 8,000 with a "discount," but by the time I got my car back at 4:48 PM, they had added brake pads and bushings to the bill. The final cost was 14,000—nearly double the estimate—and the ignition display problem is still NOT fixed. They claimed it would "take too much time" to solve the actual issue I came in for. Terrible value for money and very poor service. I will not be returning.

Very much satisfied with my Nexon car work done in Tata motors workshop under the guidance of Mr. Pranab Borah. The team had delivered the car and solve the minor issues post delivery with extreme professionalism. They look after the customer satisfaction with continuous follow up and regular updates. As a old customer of this centre, i recommend their services and appreciate their customer centric work.

I felt little slow with their services.. Their phone number is also dead if u call them for appointment.. They should update their new phone number. The mechanics are good, but u gotta make sure that they work on ur car, Otherwise u won't get ur car on time.

I don't want to give any Star but there is no option. They are doing scam with me by charging labour charges of Rs7695.
