I visited this car dealership recently, and my experience was very good. The staff was polite, helpful, and explained everything clearly. They guided me properly and answered all my questions patiently. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

I recently purchased a scooty from Hi speed bikes -Hero Moto Corp maligaon and unfortunately my experience has less than satisfactory.Upon receiving the scooty,I noticed that some parts were missing or not properly secured such as loose nuts and bolts.Additionally there was a small body scratch that was quite disappointing .This experience has highlighted a lack of awareness and attention in their customer service and after purchase they does not respond nicely.I hope that Hi Speed motors will take this feedback seriously and improve their quality check and customer care in the future.

No sense of hospitality among some staff members, specially the ground floor store manager. Overall a bad experience. I suggest them to hire some professional staff member's with proper training. Their workforce needs a major revamp.

Astounding Experience with Hi - Speed Motors Purchase Hero Destini 125 Blue in Colour (black was out of Stock) Attended by Shyam Dorjee and Biswajit (financer) Everything was good overall but they wasted our 4hrs cause their workers weren't present till 1pm to assemble the scooter & number plate and they didn't inform us just giving lame excuses since 9:30am to 1pm
