My problem was not solved. So I don't tell you to visit there .

The worst store that I had ever visited the staffs are very unprofessional they don't want to work for their company they Directly refer to go to other Jio Store for any work and they don't want any headache of work and listen for customer problem. I don't recommend anyone to visit this Store...

They are scamming people . I went there to get a new sim since I lose my phone and they said we have no green sim right now and told me to wait. I waited for like a week but they kept saying green sim is in shortage in Guwahati. And they said we can parcel the sim which will cost rs650 but the original price should be rs50. They are scammers disguise as a jio store. I wish I can give negetive stars. Worst!!! Jio store!!!

Worst jio store ever. Went to port my Mom's previous sim card to jio. Instead of port they gave a new Jio Sim card and told to wait 15 days for Activation, but the SIM card was already activated. After knowing there fault, now they blame it customers fault......MC

Wish I cud rate with negative grading...I'd apply for post paid connection but activate it as pre-paid. On complaining, the sales person blame me and behave very rude, boastful..etc..telling what can I do for his gross mistake...never visit this store
