Aquarium Palace

Overpriced and disappointing experience I visited Aquarium Palace today and was really disappointed. They're charging way too much for local Oscar fish. The same pair that's available just 200 meters away for around ₹500 is being sold here for ₹1,400! When I mentioned this to the store boy, he said he could "give it for ₹1,200 final," claiming that was already a discount. I told him it's not even an imported fish - it's exactly the same as the one in nearby shops - but he didn't seem to care. Honestly, the pricing felt unfair, and the attitude wasn't great either. Definitely not worth it when you can get the same fish elsewhere for almost half the price.

The staff are not that friendly but they really go out of their way to help you get the products you need. I have just put a large order in to make sure. And they were so helpful in carrying the heavy boxes to my car. Social distancing, hand sanitiser and masks so felt really safe.

Owner in nice but charged me₹350 for my betta fish which is too overpriced.

Worst experience by far in Guwahati while buying fish….the staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers has attitude doesn’t have knowledge about fishes….they make their own final price doesn’t decrease a bit while the fish is worth half the amount that too local fish not imported you can get better deal and quality fish elsewhere not recommend at alll👎👎

Very costly price .... I had buy 2 cockroaches fish and 4 wide fish with very fixed price...They don't decrease one rupee also... After 18 days all fished died which I purchased from this shop.... Worst of money....

Bengali finch 900 pair and zebra 600 pair When I told the boy that I m getting it for 450 pair of zebra and bengali for 400 then he reacted like 'go purchase then..... yaha kyu aye?" I won't recommend this shop to anyone and yes bengal finches are cheaper than zebra. If the owner doesn't have this much knowledge then the owner should open a broiler or local chicken shop

The shops seems good but the behavior of the owner is not at all responsive. We go to the to buy something not to beg, if you are visiting the shop then remember one thing that photography is strictly prohibited in this shop,once I tried to take a photo of a planted tank to get some idea as I am a begginer but the shopkeeper refused and told that it's not allowed and they can even take legal action on it. I mean.. Seriously? Legal action for just a photo and also the prices are way more higher than other pet stores and Sorry to say but please try to improve your customer care and hope we Will get a better experience next time and other than that the shop is good.
