Biryani By Kilo

The place is compact yet the ambience is great. We had chicken biryani. It was satisfactory. However the service is not upto the mark and the place seemed understaffed. Most of the staffs remain inside the kitchen. You will not find the waiters easily if you want to ask for something, they remain inside the kitchen and will only come out for serving the order.

This is not Biryani by any means. Had the worst experience on Biryani. Never ever visiting here again. Rice at one place, masala on other. No blending of flavours. The seekh kebabs were a turn off too. Total waste of money.

The worst Rumali and Mutton Curry ever Biryani was very good Rumali toh they didn’t even cook nicely It was so raw Yuck.. Service and ambience is nice. I urge people to only eat Biryani there . Don’t eat anything. Food really sucks

So I ordered online from Swiggy. Ordered the 1/2 kg chicken biryani. They just gave 2 small chewy pieces of chicken. No leg piece, no thigh piece not even anything else proper. Just two small breast pieces. The taste of the biryani rice was also very average. While the reviews mentioned it wasn’t good, I still wanted to give it a chance. Should have listened to the reviews. Disappointed.

This is the worst experience I felt with biryani by kilo. This is completely fraud because I have ordered biryani from this restaurant but deception deliver my biryani after two hours and deliver food was completely cold and the packing of the handy was not good. It was opened. There is no responsibility of this restaurant about anything even I have visited. Also, this restaurant their staff are behaving like we are servant of them. This franchise should teach their staff first how to treat the customers and be a good human being. Then they can become a good seller. I will not recommend anyone to order food from this restaurant or visit this restaurant. I am very very disappointed.

Service : 9/10 Service is Good. Ambiance : 6/10 Only 3-4 tables are available for Dine-in and very less space. You can only order Half KG biriyani for Dine-in. Quite disappointing. Do visit once and taste their biriyani.

A small eatery located in Ulubari serves one of the tastiest biriyani in the city. Ordered a Chicken Biriyani which was prepared at that time as they take 20-30 mins after ordering to serve. It was given in a clay pot with raita, an egg, 2 small pieces of potato, a plate of rice which one can eat comfortably but can also be shared by two of you take less quantities. The biriyani was mouthwatering. The rice had a crisp in itself and the flavours were amazing. Onion and lemon was served. Initially, we were given papad and 2 varieties of chutney as starters which were included in the biriyani pack. Both cold and normal water was available. The water was served in a Copper glass and jar which added a sense of Royalty. Although the restaurant wasn't so spacious, but had that vibe. Recommended! Cheers!!

It's my 3rd times visit here. Love kolkata dum biryani, hyderabadi chicken dum biryani, kabab and chicken curry
