Hyderabadi Dum Biryani & Tandoor

Tried the Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani and tbh it was mid. The portion was less for the price and the chicken pieces were not that properly cooked. Service is good. There was no complimentary gravy. The place is a little congested but overall a one-time eat option

First off, the ambiance is inviting and cozy. I loved the bamboo-themed ceiling and the warm glow from the hanging lanterns – it really sets a nice mood for a relaxed meal. It's clear they put thought into making the dining area comfortable. Now, for the food – the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is the star here, and for good reason. I had the chicken biryani, and it was fantastic. The rice was perfectly cooked, aromatic, and packed with flavor, and the chicken was tender and well-marinated. The accompanying raita and fresh onion and cucumber slices were the perfect complement, adding a refreshing contrast to the richness of the biryani. It tasted incredibly authentic, reminding me of the biryani I've had in Hyderabad itself. Beyond the biryani, I also took a look at their menu and was pleased to see a good variety of options. They offer a range of starters like Paneer Pakora and Chicken 65, and a decent selection of Chinese dishes as well, like Chicken Chowmein and Fried Rice, which is great if you're dining with someone who prefers something different. Their indoor Tandoor options also looked tempting. The service was prompt and friendly, and it's convenient that they're available on Swiggy and Zomato for those times you want to enjoy their delicious food at home. Overall, if you're in Guwahati and craving authentic, flavorful Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, look no further than this place on VIP Road. It's a must-try! I'll definitely be back for more.

No response nicely. Water bottle not serve us and poor behaviour. Bad service. Please correct this things and change the system. Price range and food quantity not sufficient. Food quantity please improve. Overall experience is very bad.

When it says mutton briyani then it should be atleast 2 pcs weather it's small or big but i got small 1 pcs of mutton with bone and egg 👎

Disgusting experience.Ordered chicken Hyderabadi Biryani .The biryani taste was good but sadly when tried to have the chicken pieces it was completely rotten.And a very strong bad smell was coming from the chicken inside the biryani.Very disappointing.Atleast try to serve fresh chicken to customers.
