Today during Navami Puja, We visited Karim's and honestly we had little hopes regarding the quality of Puja as with prior experience and last 2 days, with the ongoing rush of Durga Puja Festivities, all restaurants have raised their price and degraded the quality of food. But to my utter surprise, and proving me wrong, Karim stood tall in their promice of Quality and Taste. We were really happy that the staff were humble enough to let us know that their biryani was getting prepared and patiently apologised for the delay and served us with delicious biryani. Their wait was worth and food was to heart's content. Keep it up Karim & see you soon. Would had really wished if you could had kept the prices same as usual days, but nevertheless.

Firstly let's talk about the ambience. The ambience, sitting arrangement and everything was very good. Very neat and clean, very tidy. Secondly the service, there were two staff and he was very much polite, attentive and always made sure that we are having a good time and if we need something. Lastly let's talk about the food we had. We had chicken biriyani, butter chicken, butter naan, tandoori and 7 up cold drink. The butter chicken was best dish I ever had. The naan was buttery and fluffy and I enjoyed it very much. I literally can't express myself how good was the butter chicken. Tandoori was average. But the biriyani was totally pale. Didn't liked the biriyani at all. I guessed Karim's was famous for biriyani but that biriyani was dissapointing. But the butter chicken was bomb. The gravy, the freshness was so good that I am literally running out of words to express it. But I would never recommend biriyani to anyone.

We had some good North Indian food at Karim's. We had: Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Plain Naan and Chicken Handi. The biryani was decent in both taste and quantity. The handi chicken was really flavorful and it satisfied our taste buds. Naan was decent. However, the tandoori chicken, while being flavorful and moist, was really too salty. Service was fast and the wait time for the food was quite less despite us ordering a lot of food. Ambience was alright but the place needs more air conditioners. Near the window seats, it gets particularly hot due to the afternoon sun. Other than that, it's a decent spot for some good Mughlai and North Indian food.

Except Butter naan, everything was bad. I've tried their chicken mughlai and kadhai chicken and I'm so disappointed with the taste. It was bland. It felt like it was made in water and not oil. The chicken pieces were also very bland. The food lacked flavour and taste. Only butter naan was soft and good. Even khamiri roti was bland. It tasted like naan only but without butter.

Good food. Spacious sitting arrangements upstairs, both indoor and outdoor. Biriyani was good. Mutton was well cooked. Chicken items were average. Naan and roti items were good. Food was good but nothing very different. Few items were not available. Shahi tukda and phirni was also well prepared. Overall good experience.

Price is too high as compared to quantity. taste is average. nihari is worst in taste..not close to Delhi Karim's. Service is not very good.. selective service for selective people's as we say discriminatory services,Elite class get more attention as compare to other people's.

We went for office treat. We ordered mutton Biryani, chicken malak tikka, butter chicken, Tandoori roti and rumali roti. *Mutton Biryani - 9/10 *Butter chicken - 8/10 *Chicken Malai Tikka- 9/10 *Tandoori Roti-4/10 *Rumali Roti-7/10 I would suggest please refrain from ordering Tandoori Roti becuase it turns out to be so hard after some point of time. If you wana have roti or nun please order rumali roti it's better. The best was mutton Biryani, very simple in preparation and tasty. This biryani is not over spicy where you loose yourself in the flavours of masalas. The biryani has very fine taste and I would give it 9/10. Chicken tikka and butter chicken was awesome too. **Waiter service needs to be improved, we had to order rumali roti and there was no one to attend us. But overall a great experience.

The atmosphere and the ambience of this place is quite good. Kebabs are the most highlighted items here, got the chance of trying Rashmi sekkh kebab, Shami kebab etc all are really delicious. In the main course we tried Mutton Nihari with Khamiri roti. I must say mutton nihari feels quite a unique taste to our taste buds. The restaurant also has open sitting area for the guests.
