Honestly, don’t go for the thali here. It was very bad tasteless and disappointing. I even found a hair in my thali on the first try 😅. Definitely not a hygienic or enjoyable experience.

Worst of worst they served on broken plates, i requested to prepare a plate of fried rice non spicy but they made it with loads of chillies which was literally disappointing.. do not visit this place the name is great Biryani kingdum but the service is worst of above 🙏

Ordered Lucknowi Dum Biryani. The Biryani was extremely dry tasted more like fried rice. When you name your restaurant Biryani Kingdom. It is least expected that the biryani is Decent. Bad experience . Not visiting again

Hi, I’m here to give my honest feedback about my experience dining at the Biryani Kingdum near downtown hospital. The interior of the restaurant was good but the food and service was poor. The waitresses were very casual and didn’t feel welcomed. As for the food, for starters i wanted to order peri-peri fries but they gave me salted fries and when I enquired about it the waitress gave me an eye roll. For beverages, the restaurant was poorly stocked with beverage items like black tea, red tea, green tea, black coffee. In the end I had to order lassi that too it tasted very bad and not even chilled. As for the water, they gave me normal stating that it’s winter and they don’t provide chilled water. I mean like is it a restaurant or a hospital?? For the mains, I ordered Kolkata Chicken Biryani, it was average as the chicken and rice didn’t have any flavour at all and it was not even warm. Overall, it was ok!! But I don’t think people like me would come again to this restaurant. Thank you for reading my review ! Peace 🫰🏻

A Pretty corner of the main resturant has a small food court. Offers South Indian Chinese french foods, tea coffee also available. Best place for quick bites in reasonable rate. We ordered veg hakka noddles, satisfied with price quantity and taste. Packing also available. Card cash option available. A nice place to hang out.

Pros 1.Clean interior 2.Standard quality Food, starters will fulfill your taste buds. 3.Quantity - OK type 4.Not excessively priced 5.Location 6.Bullet thali is new to city. 7.if you are two, try queen thali (includes 2 biriyani,starter,drinks,chapati etc below 1k) 8.Accept Online/electronic payments Cons 1.Kolkata Biriyani is not at all kolkata biriyani, ample of masala, rich in color 2.Meat inside biriyani is not cooked with biriyani.Meat taste doesn't compliment biriyani 3.Slow service additionally specific request on food preparation not cared 4.Parking is a challange Near by : Down town hospital, ATM counters, bus/taxi/auto service

I had a very disappointing experience with the food. The veg thali had no taste at all, the bhaji was overloaded with oil, and the dal felt more like plain dal water than proper dal. The chicken dish was especially bad — it seemed like it was just made in a hurry, with no proper masala or flavor, only thin gravy full of oil. Overall, there was no balance of taste, no proper preparation, and absolutely no satisfaction in the meal. Please take immediate action to improve food quality. The chef clearly lacks skill in preparing flavorful and balanced dishes. Either the current chef needs serious training or it’s time to replace them with someone more experienced. Customers deserve much better.

Pathetic service, super duper slow, No proper management. Food quality was below average, ambience full of mosquito. Highly not recommended
