The dining experience at Zaika was exceptional. Every dish, including the momos, tandoori chicken, reshmi kabab, and chicken biryani, was prepared to perfection and full of flavour. The meal concluded on a delightful note with the phirni, which had a perfectly balanced sweetness and tasted exquisite. Overall, the food quality was outstanding, and the restaurant comes highly recommended. My personal favourites were the tandoori chicken, Reshmi kabab, and chicken biryani. Do not miss the phirni.

On Eid's eve, I visited Zaika Biryani. I ordered a chicken egg roll, half chicken dum biryani, and Rashmi kebab and went upstairs where they have very limited seating space, but the place is nice with pretty decors. Our food arrived just in time and the quantity of food was really good, and I was impressed by the chicken egg roll; it was far better than what I've had elsewhere. The chicken dum biryani was satisfying, even though I ordered half, it came with two large chicken pieces, an egg, and a potato. However, the Rashmi kebab didn't meet my expectations, it lacked flavor, and the chicken pieces were chewy. Overall experience at Zaika Biryani was nice.

If you’re craving authentic, flavorful biryani that makes you close your eyes with the first bite, Zaika Biryani Restaurant is the place to be. The aroma hits you the moment you walk in — warm spices, tender meat, and fragrant basmati rice all mingling in the air. The biryani itself is the star — perfectly cooked long-grain rice layered with generous portions of well-marinated chicken, balanced with just the right amount of heat. Each grain is separate, never greasy, and the masala has depth without overpowering the dish. Their raita is cool and refreshing, and the salan adds a rich, tangy kick. Service is quick and friendly, and the staff genuinely seem to care about your experience. The portions are hearty, making it great value for money. The décor is simple, but the focus here is clearly on food quality — and it delivers. Must try: Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, Pan Fry Momos & Phirni

I will say this is one of the best places for a quick bite in the Hatigaon area. All the dishes are decent and they prepare everything in front of you. It’s clean and the food is tasty with a decent service. The price range is also moderate. Recommended.

Decent option for quick snacks. Tried chicken roll which was good and chicken reshmi kebab which was just ok. Reshmi kebab was hard (probably over cooked) and came with a thin coating which is not seen in authentic reshmi kebab. Overall it was good.
