Employees here don’t know how to talk to there customer, my mother’s age is around 70 she barely can climb stairs. She came here to make a Demand draft at 10:10am at first they asked her to come after 12:30pm and when she came here after 12:30pm one employee told her to come again after 2:30pm and now another employee is asking her to come after 5pm.. and there tune of talking was very rude.. worst bank service ever employees need to get some soft skill training i guess.. I don’t know whats the matter with them.. they just donot want to do there job. Wordt worst worst bank service and people ever

The most horrible branch of central bank… with branch employees looking at conning you in order to fulfil their targets. Please be careful, they tick on services in form after you have submitted them which is actually a serious matter. The branch manager was the worst of the lot with zero interest in his work. After I opened my account there, My money was deducted for things I hadn’t not even subscribed for. When I complained and asked the branch manager for a resolution for the same, he instead asked me to invest in their FDs first. No action was also taken against the employees who were conning the customers. This is the pathetic situation of this branch

Worst bank service I am calling there official number for so many days but no one is receiving the phone I am calling as I dnt why every month they are cutting amount from my account for no reason.. I am calling them to complain my prblm but there is no response from the branch
