ICICI Bank Guwahati Ganeshguri

I visited the ICICI Bank branch in Ganeshguri, and was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. Despite providing all necessary details to send money abroad, the staff refused to process my transaction. I explained my situation twice, but it felt like they were hardly listening. Waiting for half an hour just to be turned away was frustrating and unacceptable. This level of service is what I would expect from a bureaucratic government office, not a private bank. Very poor customer service overall. I am very unhappy as a customer.

As an NRI customer probably the worst banking experience I have ever had , in all states and countries I have ever lived and that says a lot. Probably bigger ICICI branches are better, but people at this branch should be on the wall of shame for incompetence . 1) Opened an NRE/NRO acount through them in 2014. And in 7 years , I was not issued any checkbook, debit card or internet password. My password generation was disabled. 2) i made multiple attempts over the years to get it fixed. Each time , i was told to Submit copy of my passport, visa, made to sign a buch of forms .And Nothing! Meanwhile, i have $15,000 languishing in the account and I had no way to do anything with it 3) Everytime i visit , the branch feels more like a RTO office than a private bank . nobody cares here! 4) The last straw was this month . I was on vacation in Assam . I had to make THREE trips to Guwahati to visit this branch . Again submitted a bunch of forms, each time i was told i would need different paperwork. Nobody knows anything, nobody cares . Even on my last day of my trip, i was sitting for hours at the branch , instead of packing my bags . 5) because of this , i missed insurance payments that I had to made . I will probably end up paying fines. I told them , and nothing..no action so far 6) Even the Google maps location for this branch is wrong. But nobody cares to fix it. I have told them that this might be inconvenient for new people who rely on maps to find them I hope my nightmare ends soon and i can get all my money out of this bank and find another bank that respects peoples time

I was only customer today morning at Ganeshguri branch. I went to deposit cash at 10:05am cos I had emergency and teller executive said she will deposit my cash after 15 minute and I came back, but happen something else they deposit after 11:51am which I don't aspect this from ICICI Bank. It was unprofessional and they don't fulfill the comitement. Really unprofessional branch which I ever visited. Checked your CCTV for reference. I want to rated zero star for this branch but it doesn't exist.

WORST BANK EVER. DEPOSIT NEVER HAPPENS IN TIME. USELESS BANK. CLOSE THIS BRANCH. IT IS ONLY TIME WASTE IN THIS BANK.
