Horrible customer interaction. I visited the the branch to open a saving account. The two girl executives were busy with their phones and not willing to talk. I was in my gym suit. One of the girl literally asked me are you student? I can clearly see that she was judging whether I'm able to give funds to the bank. She said there's no such ₹10000 MAB saving accounts. I have to open 2.5L FD account. Which she intentionally said so that I leave it and go. Is this a way to talk to your customers by judging their attires. I would suggest all the people not to visit this branch full of mannerless executives. I will email the ICICI head office for sure.

If I had the option to give NO STAR, I would prefer that. I being associated with ICICI bank for more than 15 years, I would say, I had the worst experience here. Time taken for transaction and to take a decision and problems resolution is unexpceptionally long which reflects poorly on training process, selection of employees, and lack of knowledge of the employees. The BM is an icing on the cake. The BM needs to realize that she is not doing any personal favor to the customer by providing the banks services. She is an employee of the bank and her behavioral pattern can either repute or disrepute the bank. Arrogance, rudeness in speech and expression has NO place in public dealing organizations. It will only disatisfy customers / account holders. It will also lead to people switching to other banks rather than ICICI.

I have being inside the bank from 15:00, but than they close grill and don't allow us to get out of the bank because if we does than we would not allowed to enter again, and it's about around 15:00. Now one of the customer brought lot of money which was rs.10 or 100 notes which will take time around 10 to 15 min. Which I don't have any problem to wait but than I cannot go out at 15:00 do other stuff because if we go out they won't let anybody else in that was the impression they have given, I also know that this takes time and I have to be patience. The point is I am patient and just talking fact which is wrong because it's not like the bank was crowded or something it was totally empty, but yeah stupid rules which they run themselves.

OMG! What a farce of a bank - Filled with people who lie and swindle in the name of customer services. I went to open a zero balance instant current account "Super Merchant Zero Balance" that ICICI bank is advertising so much. The person at counter convinced me that there is no such account as 0-balance current account. While I was aware that he is trying to park my money in the bank , I thought it alright to have minimum 1 lak INR Balance account that he was chasing me for. Then they said that there is no thing called insta account, It's all ICICI gimmick, It would take minimum 2 days to open an account ...I'm waiting for 5 days nows and they have successfully managed to waste my tiime... Absolutely pathetic Customer Service, If you open an account here be ready to be troubled and make your business suffer

I have visited this branch for deposits and lost card issue . I have interact with 2 executives throughout - cashier and front desk . What I have experienced that they are more intend to issue credit card of every single visits. Sometimes it's too irritating.

Branch closes too early, that is by 3 PM which should be 4.30 PM. Also, the teller takes unnecessarily more time to complete one transaction. Mannerless security guy, does not know to communicate with the customers. Overall, a very very bad experience. Hope to see improvement on next visit. Thank you.

This is one of the worst banks to deal with, be extremely cautious if you plan to operate any corporate account from this bank.. It will cause considerable inconvenience leading to significant business loss
