I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. There seems to be no proper channel to address customer concerns, and my query remains unresolved. The response and attitude have been dismissive, similar to a "come tomorrow" approach. As a loyal HDFC Bank customer for the past 16 years, I have never encountered such poor service. Regretfully, I have decided to close my account.

There is these staff named kaberi goswami who doesn't has the slightest knowledge of how to speak to people please kindly remove her from the bank as she will destroy the reputation of the Panjabari branch ...she uses abusive language and doesnt knows how to handle the customer....pls take strict action or else i hwoll have tonreport to the delhi branch

So I went to open two Current account for my business setup. The first person who told me about required documents n procedure varied from the 2nd person! Both their procedure n needs differed. When visited for the 3rd time they didnt had acount opening form. So he told me that he will visit my site with forms n other documents as it was near the branch. And now I am with HDFC!!

One of the worst branches of ICICI bank I’ve ever been to. The employees are some of the laziest, most unprofessional and most discourteous people I’ve ever seen on the payroll of a bank. An obnoxious lot.

Worst response to the customer 😑😒. Talking about my issue that are saying call customer care 🙄 people call customer care and went to service point. I went to service point that are telling to call customer care..My issue was my transaction was fail money deducted more then 72hrs past where my money went 😑 #fraud
