ICICI Bank Guwahati Survey

Worst service, we have to take follow up and no one pick up the call also.. very unsatisfied with titwala ICICI branch service, even the manager doesnt bother

Third class and very poor service by staff. We deposited cheque and filled pay in slip and they gave counter receipt also but failed to clear cheque it was an icici cheque stating we did not filled account number correctly on back of cheque but i did not filled the backside of cheques, it was one of thr staff who filled it with wrong account number and they are saying you filled it incorrectly. I showed th counter receipy to manager and he cleared my cheque.... Very rude stafff and not accepting their mistake...

Good and best bank all employees are very much supportive and understandable if you have any work they will help you how much they can.

Pathetic service, branch manager is good for nothing, the thing which can be done within 48hr they take 1 month.

Very nice Service all staff.
