The worst branch of ICICI I have ever visited. The staffs are too lethargic and no one is interested to work. They treat customers like beggars. I am an entrepreneur, and they wanted my 45 mins just for dropping a cheque. But the best part is after 45 mins of circus, I was still not able to succeed in dropping my cheque. The cheque drop machine is not working and the staffs are not ready to collect the cheque manually. Pathetic branch. Worst service and worst staff.

Customer service experience can vary widely across branches of any bank, including ICICI Bank. Bhosari branch offers better customer service compared to other branches. Such as trained staff, efficient management and good allocation of resources.

WORST BANK EVER.... Staff are foolish and security guards are behave like bank managers...even don't about any process nd they dont even give permission to get inside in bank...nd don't know have to speak with customers... & Staff have there own attitude...they are not supporting to customer... just saying do/apply on online sites...if we want to apply all things online then why the staff kept in bank....?!?!? If CDM machine not accept the Cash then customers are going in bank for change security don't allow for this reason then why customers have to keep money in your branch.... Manage must have take take action...!!! All things happen in bank time...!!!

WRONG LOCATION...bank is on Telco road apposite Vijay sales and near to IDBI bank....

This was a great experience for me by any bank services specifically icici ,Branch- Bhosari. I came to the Bank by my on foot to cover 7 to 8 km for opening salary account but at that time all the banking staff were busy and salary asst. manager was also hurry to go outside for official work but still I was helped by manager Mrs. Dipti and staff member Mr. Sachin to open the account in such a crowd situation. That's why ICICI Bank is a leading private sector bank in India and customer centric.

This branch of ICICI bank is not good as compared to other branches. There is just one deposit machine so be prepared to wait in the line for 30-40 minutes and if you want something done urgently then the staff does no help at all.

I visited this bank for hemant draft considering that private banks provide fast service as they have less no of customers than government banks.. But it was really disappointing.. There is complete lack of coordination between staff.. After processing of DD, staff asked me to wait for al.ost 30 min just because person who takes print out is not available.. Terrific ICICI..

The most uneducated icici bank branch i have ever visited zero khownledge of staff u will never get any solution about icici banking from this branch not expected from icici bank
