Unavailability of cash in ATM, passbook updating machine doesn’t work. Each and every year they need our KYC for update. I dont understand why we need to give every year?! Responses are so lazy. At one time they will say something and if you ask the same thing again they will say another version. Totally incompetent staff. I am really frustrated with this branch.

It is situated at Basistha road opposite Natraloy Hospital close beltola tiniali beltola. No crowd. All types transport communication are available from this place. All staffs are good. All types transaction is done here.

Cannot understand why they need KYC every year. I had already done my KYC before. All my data are updated. They remained stubborn regarding KYC as if I am there for asking loan. I urgently wanted to do 2 FDs of a handsome amount in their bank. It's their loss as I opened the FD in other bank .

As you might experience bank people are always in frustration so they behave utter rudely and make you listen come after the launch,Well hold your horse,this is exceptional I ever come across. After I arrived at this Beltola Branch,The guy sitting in the assistant chair behaved very amicably,I was flattered to see his gesture towards oldy people as well me .He was so helpful that even in heavy congestion I was able withdraw 99K through cheque without any hassle that too without any ID verification . Thank you soo much ❤️

The Manager Sir Purshottam is an absolute gentleman and always ready to help or guide or assist in any manner. Unlike all the SBI and other arrogant bank staffs . Best Bank because of the best Manager 👌

Old branch in the locality giving good service to the people in the area. Atm available . Just opposite Shankar Dev netralaya eye hospital. Roadside parking available
