People has Ego problem, not all but some of them does have it. Also, lack of knowledge on simple financial instrument like Demand Draft. For just ₹500 demand draft making a lot of excuses. Even they tried to cross sell, while I wanted to submit a DD using cash they're suggesting you can't do it you'll have to have an account with us either, or use card...while according to them their card swipe machine is not working. No wonder why SBI got soo much memes on them.
