This is the ATM, not the actual branch. However, the reviews regarding the unprofessional attitude of the employees are true. This branch doesn't deserve to exist. The employees need to be sacked immediately to save the customers from future trauma. Particularly the young lady at the service desk needs some serious retraining. She thinks as if she is doing extra favours to the customers by answering their questions. The state bank authority should seriously consider closing the branch to save their reputation. For customers: AVOID THIS BRANCH IF POSSIBLE. You can thank me later

I don't mind the staff but what really got onto my nerves was this Service manager lady, (date-24/04/2024). She has this pathetic sense of talking to people, forget the ones younger to her, the one's who are elder and much more senior than her. I have no idea why such kind of staff are even made to work with general public when they have this intolerant attitude towards every other person. Thorough tests need to be performed to such disrespectful people especially when they are supposed to deal with the public before recruiting. The rest of the staff is helpful and humble. Just this aunty jee is the one being bossy around with a high tone. You're meant to serve the public, I hope I make that clear to you.

This review is for the Branch office as I am not getting it in google, I m sharing my experience here...Worst of the worst bank. Zero etiquettes not a single employee is customer friendly. No manners to talk with customers. I went there for opening a FD Account and I experienced the worst treatment. Arey, I am investing my money on your bank at least you should have the courtesy to talk with your investor properly. SBI as expected the worst.

The employees in the branch seem to be still in 19th century. They are rude and senseless. Regional office of Guwahati needs to replace the staff of branch and should send them on transfer to Delhi or Maharashtra so that they see the world outside Assam and learn something.

worst service ever,applied for new ATM along with Mobile number updation request on 9th Feb '2023 but till date the same is not being done ,visisted bank twice for the same,Hopeless people are sitting in the responsible desk.

SBI Beltola Branch employees are mannerless.They don't to how to talk to their customers.I recently went to the branch for opening a new account and the way they treated me was unacceptable. My only suggestion learn some manners.!!!!
