Staff behavior is very bad, And Directly into say The Service Manager Lady. She is Not well trained & Behavior is very Rude. She doesn't know how to behave a customer. The Service Manager lady thought that's her father's Personal Office. Overall Zero. Only 1person is best.he is PRABIR MANDAL. He is very polite & cool attitude.

Disappointing experience at this branch of SBI.Poor customer service and long wait times.Staff seemed disorganized and lack clarity in addressing queries.Improvement is needed in customer handling and issue resolution.

1st of all, I want to say the branch manager Heena Praveen is very good, well behave,and helpful. For her, I am giving 2 Star. But besides her, staff at the counter are lazy and arrogant, not punctual. They went for lunch at 2 pm and came back at 3 .05 pm today. The branch manager came out and was surprised to see no one is their and she went to call them. This is not the 1st time I have experienced this. especially the 3rd counter from the left. She used to keep each customer 10 to 15 mins . Once, I was waiting because she was passing branch tea, snacks , and gifts bills, where 10 people were waiting in front of her. Speak to people very loudly and badly. Mainly to those whom she found illiterate or don't know about banking. I heard many incidents from various people with her. Employees who have newly joined or less than 45 years are better and well behave employees of SBI in each branch. But those who don't work in front counters are also very good . For 1 or 2 employees, the branch reputation goes down.

They are a bunch of arrogant clowns! Generally I do not call bankers names , I have immense respect for them , but SBI Kahilipara staff acted so arrogant , that I have to use ' clowns ' . First , my online banking was not working , so I hurried to the bank to urgently transfer some money to my friend in ned. But the staff at the counter refused to do my work , his exact words were , ' Do not come to us if your transaction is below 50k! ' I explained by situation , but Mr. Banker refused to entertain my request! Angry and dejected , I had to take help of friends for the transfer. This left a ' not so good ' impression . Secondly , I had to update my AADHAR address , so went to the bank , armed with passbook of another bank where I had my correct address and copy of electricity bill with new address. Again they rejected my address proofs - one , they do not accept other bank passbooks , secondly , they do not accept electricity bills! I told that I wanted to talk with the branch manager , their question was , ' Why? '. The lady told me that the BM would tell the same thing , so there was no point meeting her , current BM being Ms. Heena Parveen. I had checked the SBI website , where it was clearly mentioned that they accepted electricity bills as document for change of address. Again , they refused to entertain my request. After much running around I managed to change my address in my passbook in some other branch , with the electricity bill as proof of new address! I had heard that SBI staff had become arrogant , but this was the first time I had seen them with so much arrogance. The branch was empty when I visited it , and made me wonder that their days were dumbered with the country adopting online modes for their banking needs. I felt pity for them , King nothing! Similarly , are other bank fools , that they issue passbooks with addresses? They do their KYC , so why not accept them? One nationalized bank not accepting passbooks of other banks? Silly indeed!!

3rd class behavior of staff...always fighting with customers every other minute...these people have gained prominent positions but they have forgotten the very essence of DHARMA, and what it means serving people. Instead, they work out of spite and take their frustrations out on people who don't know much about the required processes to get their work done. This is what happens when you remove moral upbringing from modern households. Truly an example of how KALYUG has taken over our current day society.

Stuff attitude is very annoying. They don't even talk with the customer properly and always misbehave with the customer. If you ask something the just ignore it and passes you to the another counter

One of the worst Sbi Branch..Most of them are very very very slow at work..For a work of half n hour they will take almost 5 -6 hrs as if we have all day to spend.And some ladies staff come to only gossip and do time pass they have no intention of helping customers. And they seem busy as if there are thousands of customers.But they can't even handle 30 customers properly.One star only for the 2 to 3 staffs who are really sincere and hard-working.

Kyc I have given but from two years I am applying the ATM card they not responding and I am asking for duplicate atm card they are saying they can't provide duplicate atm card on another bank they are providing the duplicate atm card in 3 days I am going out of the country what I will do I don't no my brain is not working
