Worst restaurant Ever. Money diggers. Why do they run a restaurant if they don't have the intentions to feed. Just looters. I ordered veg ramen whose price is 320 on Zomato. All I got was a small ramen packet just cooked and delivered which doesn't even cost 50 rupees. Just see the quantity of the ramen. If this restaurant is doing such a thing in it's early stages what would they do later. Very bad restaurant. Complete waste of money and spoiled my mood. Your restaurant got into my blacklist for lifetime. I wish all failure and bankruptcy of your restaurant businesses.

I appreciate the effort to clarify your side, but I would like to address a few important points from our experience: Wait Time: While I understand that your counter mentions a minimum 30-minute preparation time, the actual delay we faced went well beyond that — without any proactive updates or communication from your team. A simple heads-up or a realistic estimate would have gone a long way in managing our expectations. And we waited for more than an hour Staffing Constraints: I sympathize with the challenges of operating short-staffed. However, as paying customers, it’s not our responsibility to bear the consequences of internal staffing or management gaps. Service quality is expected to be consistent, even during operational hurdles. Food Quality: This wasn’t a matter of “different taste preferences.” We’ve had Pan Asian cuisine in many places, and the noodles served that day were simply not up to standard. Constructive feedback on quality should be welcomed rather than deflected. Also, choosing to waive the cost of the chow — without a clear explanation — only added to the confusion. Interaction with Staff: My partner did not act harshly. He was asking basic, reasonable questions regarding the food delay — questions your manager unfortunately couldn't answer. Instead of addressing the concern, she became visibly upset. Another staff member eventually stepped in and explained the situation more clearly, which we appreciated. Once my partner saw that the manager was crying, he immediately felt bad and apologized on the spot. He even wanted to apologize again later, but I stopped him — because we shouldn't have to feel guilty for asking the bare minimum as customers, especially when the issue stemmed from gaps in communication and management on your end. Rush at the Restaurant: Lastly, when we arrived, only two tables were occupied. The explanation about overwhelming rush doesn’t match what we observed firsthand. We appreciate your willingness to issue a refund. While we value small businesses and the effort behind running one, we also hope our feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve communication, service consistency, and how feedback is handled. Please try to accept your fault and accept criticism.

They have removed most of the good and exotic dishes, so basically the restaurant now provides maggie, fried rice, chow etc. The basic dishes that you get almost everywhere. Some exotic dishes are there though but don't believe the Google Menu. Otherwise not a bad place but don't expect anything out of the box the way its menu is presented.

The dining experience was exceptional. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the balance of textures and spices demonstrated true culinary skill. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, enhancing the overall ambiance. From start to finish, the meal was a delightful journey of taste. Highly recommended for those seeking quality cuisine in a refined, welcoming atmosphere.❤️❤️❤️

One of the worst kimbap I’ve ever tasted. Please practice more. Kimbap is such a simple dish. Wasted my money. Not going to order again.

Honestly ambiance was nice but the food tastes very bad.. drinks were very sweet and only had artificial taste. And also I tried their chicken thukpa which tasted burnt and was very oily. Definately needs to upgrade their food quality
