Absolute ridiculous! Both the owner and their policy. If we buy a book and for some reason we need to return it, then they neither exchange it something else nor refund the amount. They say that it's their some kind of policy or what not. This thing happened with me yesterday. Guys please consider some other book store and avoid this one at all cost.
