Miniso Store, City Center

I visit MINISO once a week, and I really enjoy it. Their products are amazing, especially the very cute soft toys and blind boxes. I love exploring the store and seeing all the adorable items.

For the first time went to miniso city centre today! The soft toys were comparably of very nice quality then the usual ones at stores. Some of them were a little expensive compared to their size. Anyways bought one from the shop! But wow they charge 12 rupees for a carry bag! At first I didn't buy the bag , but later I found that I looked soo silly carrying it . Had to spend 12 rupees and get one bag later!

The MINISO store looks very beautiful. The way the products are displayed in the store is very attractive, and the creative arrangements on top of the displays look really nice to see.

I wanted to buy a box to store laptop chargers and cables but there was rush and the two guys said that the final discount prices will be known after scanning the products. So I waited for the rush hour to lessen and then the girl on the right side was so bloody rude just because I wanted to know the real discount price before making the purchase! The girl in red shirt near the door, hiding her face. Management should either fire her or train her manners. And also add the discount price on the sticker and paste it on the products so as to lessen harassment from your rude staff. Unless, the manager themselves support such rude and arrogant employee due to personal favours/referrals, which seema to be the case as all other employees are very helpful to any query.

very bad behaviour by staff. cannot even browse items without someone sticking behind my back. absolutely horrible shopping experience. The staff won’t even move aside if i want to see some items in a particular shelf. not everyone is a thief, let us shop in peace or you’re just going to lose customers. had much better shopping experience in shillong.

Aesthetic and cute items especially tiny pouches🥰😽 but Don't waste money in buying mini LOCKS + LIPBALM; total waste! Certain items like bottles, sippers bags are overpriced!

Miniso store has a lot of great products at affordable prices - you can come and get any home utility products , perfumes, cosmetics and soft toys. They are designed pretty well and are very durable. The outlet in city centre is very cute and albeit a small one, it is very well organised. The staff members are cordial and helpful.
