The staff lie about that the new version of books are not released not revealing the fact that they themselves don't have the stock of new editions. The behaviour is also very rude and they try to sell what they want to sell and are uninterested in giving what we actually want. Due to this we spend money on useless things thinking that they have better knowledge about books.

•This is a book shop where you can buy both original and second hand books. •I went there to buy medical books. •There are no such second hand medical books available as according to them hardly anyone comes here to sell medical books. •The shop has two storeys. •The variety of books available here is diverse. You xan find almost every book here. •They also give reasonable discounts on books, similar to those found online and maybe even better. •Online payment options are available.

I visited this book shop recently, and the staff’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. They seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and behaved very rudely. It felt like they had no intention of providing any service at all. A very unpleasant experience — I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Be careful: They Deals with Pirated Books. I've heard the name of this shop a lot before. So I went to get some books I needed. I also took the HS Science reference books with me because they buy and sell old books. They gave me Rs. 500 for the books I took with me, which were three years old but very silky and which cost Rs. 2632 when I bought them. They said the syllabus has changed. Then I told them to give me three books of MacGraw Hills and Sankar IAS. At first, the price seemed high. Then I mentioned that the price didn't fit my budget for today. They offered a discount, but it still wasn't within my budget. Then the seller accused me of wasting his time in a slightly bad tone. The owner's daughter suggested I buy a couple of books later, but I insisted on purchasing them all together whenever I will buy. Then they recalculated and offered another discount. The book that initially was priced at Rs 700 was now Rs 400. They also reduced the prices of the other books accordingly, making my budget match. I'm glad I don't have to come back empty-handed. I paid 3400 rupees. The seller said, "I'm tying it up while you go downstairs and get the money for the old books." I came downstairs, they gave me the money, I took it. The salesperson took the book from above and gave me the rope-tied package. I came home. I opened the books in the evening and found the scratch code for online access missing in the McGraw Hill's book. I called the helpline of McGrawHill. They asked for the ISBN number and told me to scan the transparency code. I said there is no such code. They immediately said that this is a pirated book and asked to return it. I called the novelty bookstore. I told the owner what the McGrawHill helpdesk said. Then the owner answered that this cannot happen in our shop. He said to wait for him and also said to me that he will call me back after he analyzed the matter. I haven't received any calls yet. When I call them, it shows that the number is busy.

I bought second-hand books in poor condition for double the price. The seller didn't let me see the books beforehand, refused to refund my money, and was rude about it. Very disappointing experience.

When you buy new books for your graduation they say , "you all can exchange it at 50%". But then when you come to exchange they offer you 20% with their all season excuse of syllabus being changed every year. Come on , our syllabus don't change that frequently. I wanted to give 0 star. I didn't buy one book and purchased rest of the books and told them that i will come after 3 days to purchase the book from kalyani publications. Next day when I came they hid that kalyani book in front of me and persuaded me to buy book of some other author which I dint like. They don't sell you good books when you buy only one. Never buy from this shop
