Very cozy place. Cute aesthetics. There were 2 german shepherds (totally trained and well behaved). We ordered coffee and chicken loaded fries. Hands down the best coffee and french fries I've ever had in Guwahati! Loved the place.

The place was real cozy and the owner was really friendly :) PROS of the place - 1. Has both INDOOR and OUTDOOR seating alongside a dedicated seating area for smokers. 2. Really good/potent coffee. Visit if you are looking for a good cup of joe. 3. What the dawg doin ? ( has two pups who are very adorable ) 4. Real peaceful environment even after being situated near the main road. CONS of the place. 1. Really none but if you visit late, they might be out of cake/snacks so would suggest to visit during daytime. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS :)

Oh I loved the atmosphere so much. Coz there are two canine friends to welcome you. I actually went there only bcoz it was dog friendly. Coffee was just an excuse. But the coffee was also great. I will try other items next time I visit. And I’ll surely visit to see those paws again😍

6th month in Guwahati after shifting from Mumbai and , I recently took my dog to this cafe based on a friend's reference and it was the best decision I made. My little Sam (Labrador) enjoyed the whole time he was there playing with the cafe dogs especially Tsang, the small one, very playful and sometimes aggressive but my Sammy is also not to be taken lightly. I know my dog and his behaviours. The owners were so patient and friendly towards Sammy. To be honest, no other place in Guwahati allows dogs of all types to roam around/be off leashed but Bark Bark doesn't do that. The dogs can do anything and go anywhere they want. No restrictions whatsoever just that we as pet owners should know that our dogs doesn't pee/poop inside the shop. They have a whole space downstairs where the dogs can run and play. Additionally, they have a separate menu for dogs specifically which is not available anywhere else. Sammy loved the doggo platter.. chowed it down to the chicken bone.. Coming to human food, loved their coffee and pasta. Took a Vietnamese and it was the best I've had in town. Pasta was delicious (No mayonnaise at all)... Will definitely visit again with Sammy. He found a new friend at Bark Bark. Thank you for your love towards pets and a providing great experience. Truly 'Human Friendly' if people have noticed. ;)

First of all, if a café is pet-friendly, smoking should not be allowed inside, as it is harmful to our pets (who are just like our babies). I visited this cafe with my sister and my pet. The owner also had his own dogs there. I had no problem with that one German Shepherd was very well-trained and friendly with other dogs, which we appreciated. However, there was another dog that was aggressive towards male dogs. If you already know your dog is aggressive, you should be extra careful, because customers don’t know which dogs are safe and which are not. It is the owner’s responsibility to manage this properly. Our overall experience inside was okay, the food was average, neither too good nor too bad. After finishing and making our payment, we came down the stairs to the ground floor. We were not aware of where the other dogs were, as there were no warnings or restrictions mentioned. Assuming it was safe, we walked out, only to find all the dogs roaming freely without leashes. Suddenly, one of the dogs attacked my pet, and my dog got injured. I don’t blame the dogs, as they act on instinct. But the owner should have shown basic responsibility. If he knows some of his dogs can be aggressive, they should at least be kept on a leash, especially when customers are around with their own pets. This could have easily been prevented. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by this incident. We trusted this place and took our pet there, but our trust was broken. It was neither safe nor responsible. I will never forget this experience and definitely will not recommend anyone to take their pets here, as the owner clearly cannot handle his dogs properly.

Visited this pet-friendly café recently and had a disappointing experience. We ordered two classic cold coffees, two Vietnamese iced coffees, and loaded salsa fries. The coffees took 25–30 mins to arrive, and one was too watery — though the male manager promptly replaced it, which we appreciated. However, the fries never came. After 35 mins, the waitress asked if we’d ordered anything else — clearly, the order wasn’t noted properly. When we brought this up with the female manager, her response was dismissive. Eventually, we waited nearly an hour for just a plate of fries. As someone from the hospitality industry, I offered polite feedback about improving communication and order-taking, but it was met with defensiveness and denial by the waitress as well as the female manager. All hospitality businesses can improve — but people who don’t have the personality, temperament, and communication style for it probably shouldn’t be in it. Had the feedback been received with openness and professionalism at the time, I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review.

A small hidden gem for pet parents. The coffee is one of the best I had in the city. Good if u need a quiet recluse, have a conversation. The hosts are really sweet and warm.
