Café boiler

This is cozy and friendly place. They have several fish dishes for lunch as well as yummy looking desserts. It is a lovely location but parking may be limited.

Cozy, small cafeteria close to Saltstraumen. Nice food, great views and a non-touristy atmosphere. There is gluten-free options. Well worth a visit if you are at Saltstraumen. They also sell some souvenirs.

Coffeelovers be aware: this is not your typical hipster cafe. But If you’re looking for a nostalgic experience without quality food/drinks or welcoming staff, it’s fine. I can’t see why this place is still in the new Norway LP of 2022 and highly recommended.

I would say this is a decent place. The cakes ok, coffe ok. 3 + Service a disaster. A young guy did not even look at us when we ordered. Not a word when we payed. 1 + Location lovely 4 + In total, I give it 3 stars. Tje photo taken from the tables outside.

The location alone makes this place. The fact that you can sit comfortably and look at one of the most spectacular nature phenomenons in the world, is unique in and of itself.

Very nice cafe with great views. However no milky coffee available today 🙁

Spectacular view to Saltstraumen, the Møsbrømlefse is OK - but other places do it better.
