Have black coffee & cappuccino coffee, that was good, but the chicken smoked sandwich was really really pathetic. If you are charging 200+ for 1 pcs of sandwich, there should be proper fillings and the chicken presence should have been there in every bite. But really very disappointed. Its really disappointing to see this, waste of money. Please improve the food, rest service and behaviour of the staff was good.

Nostalgia Trip Turned Sour: CCD Dispur Has Lost Its Charm I along with my wife visited the Cafe Coffee Day at Last Gate, Dispur, yesterday afternoon after a gap of about 9 years, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. While the coffee and food were acceptable (I was relieved to find the taste hadn't changed much), the ambiance has taken a severe hit for the worse. It’s heartbreaking to see the state of the outlet. The chairs and tables are in dilapidated condition, and the upholstery looks dirty and in desperate need of a deep clean or replacement. Worse than the worn-out furniture was the clutter. The cafe was filled with unnecessary boxes and cartons stacked in the corners, completely destroying any aesthetic the place once had. The vibe that used to make CCD a go-to hangout spot is totally missing. To top it all off, we couldn’t sit for long because of the mosquitoes buzzing around. It made for a very uncomfortable and short visit. I earnestly request the management to look into revamping this outlet. It needs a good refurbishment, proper housekeeping, and pest control to bring back its lost glory. It’s sad to see a once-beloved spot fall into such neglect.

The place was small and cramped. The barista was working all alone,yet managed to deliver service on time. I had a pleasant surprise when I got 2 croissants for 170 something, when i expected just one at that price. Coffee was okay-ish.

I am writing this Sincerely for the owner of Beltola CCD. This is an old place where i used to visit a lot but after a long time I came today 5/10/25 i enjoyed sitting there as always but i would like to say that you need to change your interior and furniture. Sofas are now way dirtier and are not cleaned i guess. The tables have broken bits here and there. And since the ground floor is enclosed you have to maintain a good cooling system the A.C is not enough there. For food; I ordered a cappuccino and a cheese Cake and man it was way expensive. 267 for a thin slice of cheese Cake and that too the taste was compromised and the coffee 200 have no smell in it. I would like to say to the owner please take a good look at your store and manage it. I would like to visit it again to have some good time. And if you want photos ask me I will provide it. People would not mind to pay if it's good enough. Of people can pay at Starbuck then why not CCD please look at it.

Used to be a fantastic place but time has not been kind. It has fallen from being graceful to something that past its glory. Still a good location, it deserves a revamp. People will still go if it gets a whitewash and clean up. No need to jazz up but just keeping it clean will do the job.

The place is very aesthetically pleasing and it's a nice place for a online office meeting or for a date or for a startup meeting with a cup of coffee ☕. The cafe also has a floor above that has a smoking area for the people who wanna smoke and also the up floor Seating arrangement is very good 👍😊 The food is worth having it but slightly on the higher price side but you won't regret spending and having some croissant 🥐 and coffee ☕.

Staff needs training on how to use the card machine and CRM in general. I had to use their machine to make it work because they did not know. We got a confirmation of payment on the card machine but not on their CRM so they did not know what to do, I mailed them pdf confirmation from my bank for them to have proof to show their supervisor. It’s been about 20 mins since I’m here and all I wanted was an espresso shot and cold coffee. I’m still waiting. Not to forget, it was already dark outside and lights inside the cafe were off and I had to remind them to turn it on. I’m not complaining all I’m saying is that it could be better if they were trained on what they were doing because they were clearly not. Very friendly staff though.

The coffee was great however the ambiance is unhygienic, there were alot of mosquitoes both inside and outside which made me want to finish the drink fast and leave the place. Very less option for coffee as well, like they had latte but no ice latte!!! I ask the cashier to just add ice and make but he denied. Not recommended to go in this branch.
