Ethnic Taste - A Fusion Café

My first day in Guwahati and I stumbled upon this place and what a pleasant surprise. A small cozy nest with just a few tables to enjoy with your family and friends. The ambience is nice and simple but there are a lot of mosquitoes 🦟🦟 giving guest appearances. 1. Chicken 🐔 cheese 🧀 kheema pav - Very Good in taste and very flavourful 2. Chicken 🐓 momos - Thin covering with great minced chicken 🐔 3. Crispy chicken 🐔 pita 🫓 - Unlike the shawarma you get in Mumbai. Excellent 👌 in taste 4. Chicken 🍗 popcorn 🍿 - They aren't misers when serving this. Good quality and quantity 5. Full House Salad 🥗 - Reminded me of the famous Ceaser Salad 6. Chicken 🐔 cheese 🧀 Burger 🍔 - Flavours galore. Excellent 👌 in taste 7. Chicken cheese 🧀 momos - Again not being misers with the cheese 🧀 spread 8. Cheesy chicken 🐔 Fries 🍟 - Spread under a sheet of cheese 🧀 the fries 🍟 were yummy 😋 It's a small self service den situated on the terrace of a residential place. Overall an excellent place. Their menu has main course dishes as well however, none of the main course dishes were available.

I have tried both the jumbo combo and the chicken salad here, and they turned out to be amazingly tasty and truly satisfying. The jumbo combo comes with generous portions and a good mix of items, so it feels like a complete meal on its own. The chicken salad is creamy, well seasoned, and packed with fresh ingredients, making it both yummy and quite filling. Went on a Sunday evening. The place is amazing. The price are very reasonable and quality was superb. They have multiple option. Anyone can visit with there loved ones/ friends

Ordered Burgers and cold coffee. They were quite good. Nothing exceptional. Very basic place to eat. Decor is minimal Everything is self service. One problem is the place is on the corner of the top floor of a residential house and it's mostly open to the elements. If you go in the evening, the lights attract bugs which might fall on your food, so you have to be careful. Very near to the stadium. Food is reasonably priced.

Hi. If you guys plan on closing your cafe on a particular day, kindly update the same in google. I really love the food you guys offer, have always been recommending you guys to my friends, and since I'm not a local, I always look forward to either visiting or ordering from your place whenever I visit Guwahati. Have been doing the same since the last 3 years. It was very disappointing because I checked whether you guys were opened or not, and it showed you were. But when I reached there, all I saw was lock on your kitchen door. This was especially disappointing because I travelled paying absurd amount to rapido riders, just to see your place was closed even though it showed you were open on google. If you update, it would save your customers both time and money.

loved the cozy vibe, the food was worth the price and the service was admirable. enjoyed every second, but would recommend the owner to do something about the mosquitoes at the place , as it was unbearable at one point (i recommend keeping a few lemon grass or lemon balm plants all around, so that there aren't as many of them) but other than that, its a place i would surely be visiting again.

The cafe has a very nice and cozy environment. The staff are polite and friendly. Service is quick and the overall experience was really pleasant. Definitely recommend!
