Hurum , the rustic cafe

I’ve visited this café twice now. Taste and quantity of the food are overall good, and today the noodles I ordered were tasty and the portion size was also nice. However, I was disappointed with the chicken wings — they were frozen and just fried before serving, which really affected the quality and texture. Another thing that could be improved is the staff behavior. They weren’t very responsive towards customers and didn’t seem interested in engaging or helping much. Small things like this affect the overall experience. The café has potential because the taste and quantity are good, but customer service and the quality of certain items (like the wings) definitely need improvement.

Small cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating facility. The interiors are nicely done. The food is also good. Ordered a burger, noodles and a cold coffee. The taste was very good however I feel that the size of the burger could have been a little bigger as per the price. Everything else is quite okay but the washroom really needs a serious upgrade. Hope the person in charge looks into that. If you are planning to visit this cafe, you should without a second thought. You'll surely like it.

It is a very nicely decorated cafe in small area. Ambiance is very soothing, relaxing and attractive. Furniture is very different and eye catching. Wooden texture in interior is different and nicely matched with paint colour, tiles and furniture. You can go there and relax with the sip of tea. Staff is very courteous. Owner of the cafe is very humble and friendly, he just want to know the review and feedback of customers. Now most important thing of any cafe is quality of food. I ordered crispy chilly babycorn, veg sandwich and milk tea. Taste of sandwich was very nice and fresh, taste of chilly babycorn was also good. Tea was very nice. Food quality and quantity was good, according to it price is also justifiable. As its location is near LNIPE and Don Bosco university, it is a very good option for relaxing and outing for the people nearby from Khanapara to Sonapur. Must try once. N sure u ll visit again. One more thing he has also arranged fresh vegetables for sell by the farmers outside of the cafe.

The momos here are to die for n trust me i have eaten from thela walas to five star hotels. Staff, they are great and the setup is also good. The only problem if u are above 5.5 the table is going to be a problem. The design of the table makes it difficult to slide the thigh part below the table comfortably So maybe a higher table or lower seats.

I had a truly pleasant experience here. The place is well-maintained, peaceful, and offers a homely atmosphere. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent – quiet and away from the city noise, yet well-connected to the main areas of Guwahati. It’s a great spot whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality in Guwahati.

Really good food. The ambience is also nice. They even have a few book you can read while you wait for food (their service is a bit on the slower side). There's also a guitar you can play. Outdoor seating for those who want to smoke. I'd ordered roast pork and a cold coffee. The pork was slow-cooked to perfection. The jus was richly spiced - with a real depth of flavour without being overpowering. It was served with a side of mashed potatoes and pickled vegetable salad. The cold coffee was okay, nothing too special. This is real gourmet food. Prices may be just a little bit high, but it's completely justified. Update 23 Jul 2022: went here again. Had pork chowmein, chicken momos and iced tea. It was awesome.

Newly opened restaurant at Narikalbari. A great place, with a great atmosphere and delicious food. The ambience is nice. Highly recommended.

A small very beautifully decorated cafe along with outdoor and indoor sitting. Food is good and staff is cooperative. A quite and calm environment to relax and enjoy tasty food at affordable price.
