Worst service. After making me wait for an hour for a plate of maggie they said they can't provide and the order should be canceled. They won't even pick up their call or speak to you properly. They will cut the call in between. Disgusting!!!!!!!

The chain of Kadak Chai offers a strong, spiced flavor which can take away the tiredness of your journey. Drinking kadak chai is often more than just a refreshment; it's a ritual. Whether enjoyed alone or shared with friends, it fosters connection and conversation. The aroma alone is inviting, making it a great way to start the day or to take a break.

Today, I visited and ordered tea; at the time of billing, they said if you had the tea standing outside, then it was 20 rupees, and if you sat, then you have to pay 30 rupees, but nowhere is it written, and no one can change 10 rupees extra just for sitting and having the cup of tea, even without providing the AC. They have started a scam. Kindly avoid coming to a restaurant like this.

We ordered french fries and chicken pakoda. The french fries was so-so. The chicken pakoda was pathetic. Expected some chicken pieces tossed with onion and capsicum. However, we got pakodas which were made with shredded chicken. Not up to the mark. It was completely tasteless.

Unlike other Kadak Chaa outlet, this outlet has an enclosed sitting area and a slightly different menu offering Chinese fast food along with their signature tea varieties.

Not good.. Their special tea tasted really not special.. All proportions of the ingredients in the cup of tea was out of balance. A suggestion- Just go 400 metres away from this stall towards Science Museum. You will find another stall called "Kadak Chaa". Their tea tastes a lot better than this one. Try their special tea with Bun Maska. It's really good.

Low grade matka cups used. I went there today. Just as I stepped into the stall saw a customer's cup broke and tea spilled over his trousers. The staff was apologetic at all. All he did was he wiped the table with tissue and served the customer with another cup of tea. After same thing happened to me and all the staff said he cannot take guarantee of the cups... How irresponsible... Spilling hot tea on customer's..
