This bus service is not permitting the carriage of passenger luggage within the bus. Instead, they are storing local market goods, which constitutes an illegal transportation of goods. This is a traveller bus for people, not goods. They don't even reach on time and no amenities is working. Pathetic service and drunken staff

Its a decent bus and courier service place. I area is kind of secluded which is a concern for lone travellers and the lane is very tight with vehicles but the service they give is alright gets the job done. The bus service is good and the people are nice and cooperative. They even provide extra vehicle if you came to the counter as some of the bus leaves from isbt. I contacted them through red bus app. But its better if you call them personally for any enquiries.

One of the staffs' behaviour was very rude when i asked about transferring my parcel through this BLUE HILL Travel Company. I could clearly see that they were arranging the parcels, but when i asked to transfer my parcel, one of the showed me gesture as if i was an ignorant person. If they dont transfer parcels, atleast they could have denied me politely with having eye contact. Well, i think they only give priorities to some vip, or somewhat rich people.

Needs to be more spacious. But the location is ideal n the work force is very capable.

Though place is untidy the service here is great...comfortable bus service
