One of the worst bus experiences I ever had. No punctuality at all. The bus departure from Jorhat was 0845 hours however it departed after 0930 hours and it arrived late to Guwahati and for that I missed my flight. Never ever going to choose this carrier in near future.

Worst experience with this travel. I never choose this travel in my entire life. They cancel the without informing to the passenger. There is no mail and message is sent to the passenger regarding the bus cancellation. Should not book the ticket in Brahmaputra travel. Don't choose this worst travel agency.

Totally fraud company. They will give you stays in lodges and filthy places after committing 3-4 star hotels. For Dawki stay in Meghalaya, the gave us (me and my family) a hotel 50 kms away from Dawki in a deserted and shady place

New Bus but worst bus service. I have been traveling in this route for lastany years since childhood. I was very upset with the performance of Brahmaputra Travels. I would give lowest in terms of Customer service Index and negative in customer satisfaction. They kept the bus standing in khanapara stand for nearly an hour. This is simply unacceptable.

I have booked my 5N6D Meghalya trip with this travel agency and I am totally disappointed with the hotel service given by them. I am giving 1 star here beacuse google forced me to do so. This travel agency deserves -100 star. They are looting people in the name of service. Brahmaputra travels has gone on torturing us from day one. 3rd class hotels in the name of 3 star. Some hotels were to smelly that we couldn't stand when we enter, fans not working, no hot water, no towels, only tea and bread for breakfast. The owner or tour manager don't know who the hell is he but his name is Pulkit. This guy looted us for 38k. I don't think so he has read about customer satisfaction ever in his life. He is so ruthless that he doesn't even care to answer your phone if you want to complain about bad services. I have suffered a lot and I strongly recommend to everyone here please do not go with them. You can book your hotels from trivago or oyo by checking ratings and then you can hire a cab. It would be very beneficial rather than this mental torture which resulted in ruining our trip. Especially if you are going with family then I insist to not go with them. We were on boys trip and we suffered a lot, imagine if you are here with your family and kids what would be the consequences? Don't get trapped into their initiaries and fancy explanation about the services they provide. I have travelled a lot in India but Brahmaputra travels is worst of worst travel agency I have ever came across. Be aware and stay away from these looters.

Bus didn't stop at my Boarding point and i have to walk 1 km with my baggage at night. Service provider is very bad. The time of the bus should be improved.(veh reg no AS-01-HC-9777 AC Sibsagar to Guwahati-2)

Brahma putra travel (Simran) Bus no As 04 BC 0955 coming from guwahati reached aamoni for fooding at 12:25 pm.Unfortunately the driver left the bus and ran way even ignored to ride the bus.All he passengers got angry and rebuked so much.It was about 2 hours late.After calling to the bus owner we got the information about that was money matter among themselves.At last we claimed for money back for their bad behaviour but they didnt.Owner tried to make us convinced and apologized for that.

I am never ever going to board as 01kc5227,,neither i nor i will recommend it to somebody else.Arrival time was mentioned as 4:30 pm in ghy,which was the only reason I boarded it from Nazira.. Halted for more than 40 minutes at jorhat..started picking up passengers from the street after it crossed Jakhalabandha..like those of the city buses in guwahati..
