Worst bus service I have experienced ever . Never use this bus service ever. I took the bus from Guwahati and it took almost 9 hours to reach Jorhat. Usually the slowest bus service provider can reach in 6 hours. Also overload their bus with extra courier . Please don't use this bus ever

The behaviour of the people working under this bus service is very bad. The boarding point contact person (Chowkidinghee Bus Stand, Dibrugarh) speaks on the phone as if he has just woken up from sleep. Also, except for this man's mobile number, no other number is provided, either on the online ticket or through SMS. The behaviour of the handyman and the conductor is bad. Again, every time this bus arrives at the Chowkidinghee bus stand, some passengers inside the bus get up from their seats and block the passage between the seats. The bus makes a number of stops during the journey.

Worst Bus service. The Bus left us at the boarding point. Staff deliberately did this so that they can sell off the seats. The windscreen was broken.They stopped at every 10 -15 kms to pickup standing passengers . RedBus should not onboard this transporter. AS 23BC 1310

Conducter is very rude behaviour is not good facilities is not good

The number given on google is very busy every single time I call. I often send parcels to Margherita. I had the Driver’s number. One time what happened was that I called the foresaid number and asked for the driver’s number. The rudeness. God! This man needs to be changed from your services if you want better services for your company.

Worst bus service from guwahati to jagun.too late.and they used to load extra courier packets using extra time.Also they used to took their route via nagaon town.

Very worst behaviour by the stuff .. I have never experience such a bad behaviour. . Third class driver and handiman
