Clean seating area but fans are proper not spinning just in the name. Only Toilets are quite ok but not for Loo they had no water supply in the loo area, ... I think they clean one time in a day. Rest all good have baby room & first aid room separately

It's spacious and clean. Chairs are well maintained so are the electrical appliances. It has enough charging port for both android and ios . Three large screen TV displays the bus time , arrival and departure. At the corner lies a first aid room and on the other side is a baby care room . The area is under CCTV surveillance. Wi-Fi service is available but I haven't used it so don't know much about it. Nice place to Wait and chill till your bus arrives.

ISBT Guwahati is a well-maintained and organized bus terminal with all necessary facilities for passengers. The premises are clean, and the waiting areas are spacious and comfortable. Very convenient bus terminus. Clean loos for both sexes. Both steps and sloping ramps with anti- skid ptojections provided for boarding the buses.

As far as the infrastructure it is good but the surrounding is crowded with addicts asking you for money and auto and rapido drivers asking you where to with overpriced rates and if you say you've already booked a cap they even try to cancel for you worst experience was when I booked a cab but the cab driver asked me to cancel the ride saying it would be the same rate but later changed and created a commotion when we reached the destination. Other than the rapido riders and the drug addicts hanging around the area the place is good

Nice ambience. I have seen good facilities around the terminus.
