Fraud - Fraud - Fraud We booked a Cherrapunji–Shillong trip through Sudarshan Travels and paid an advance of ₹7,000 one month in advance. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Before booking, Mr. Aditya (owner) clearly confirmed that an Innova would be provided. However, after reaching the destination, he sent a poorly maintained Ertiga, which was not only uncomfortable but also unsafe for hill travel. The driver was arrogant, uncooperative, and repeatedly demanded money. He did not follow the agreed plan and showed no interest in customer comfort. When we requested a vehicle change, Mr. Aditya bluntly refused and instead asked us to arrange another option on our own, clearly showing his inability to fulfill committed services. What was more shocking is that hotel administration itself complained about Sudarshan Travels, mentioning multiple past issues. We were even asked to pay directly at the hotel, which was never communicated earlier. When we demanded a refund for the unfulfilled commitments, it was outright denied. Overall, the coordination, professionalism, and accountability were completely missing. Feedback about his partners is also equally poor. Strongly do NOT recommend Sudarshan Travels. They fail to honor commitments, provide substandard services, and take no responsibility. Not worth trusting with your hard-earned money or your travel plans.

I was scammed after paying an advance of ₹7,200. Once the payment was made, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Beware, everyone. Do not trust these people, even if they try to lure you with prices lower than other travel operators. We had paid an advance for our stay at Jaysha Hotel, Dispur, Guwahati. He had promised to provide an Innova for our visit to Kamakhya Temple, but at the last moment he sent an Ertiga instead. He specifically assured us it would be a new Ertiga, but an old vehicle with no AC or basic facilities was sent. We were 7 people with heavy luggage and were forced to travel uncomfortably. After returning from Kamakhya Temple, we requested the cab driver to take us to Fancy Bazaar, but he refused and dropped us near the area. We had to return to the hotel at our own expense via Uber/Ola. The next day, during checkout, he did not pay the hotel and instead instructed the hotel staff to collect ₹4,800 from us. He only paid the cab driver and completely avoided his responsibility. Overall, he cheated us of nearly ₹5,000. This is outright fraud. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. If you have the guts, reply to this @Sudarshan Travel.

TOTAL FRAUD - SCAMMED BY PRANJYOTI ADITYA & SUDARSHAN TRAVELS I am writing this to warn everyone: Do NOT trust Sudarshan Travels or the owner, Aditya. We booked a 4D/3N Assam-Meghalaya package from Mumbai for 7 people. We paid the advance 20 days early based on promises of a 3-star hotel and an Innova. The Reality was a Nightmare: Vehicle Fraud: Instead of an Innova, we were forced into a cramped, old-model Ertiga. With 7 people, it was suffocating and we couldn't even enjoy Guwahati city. Rude & Clueless Driver: On the first day, the driver was extremely disrespectful. He had zero knowledge of the Guwahati area and refused to follow our pre-decided itinerary. We missed several spots because of his incompetence. Hotel Scam: The promised 3-star hotel was a lie. The quality was nowhere near what we paid for. Owner’s Behavior: Aditya is a fraud. He promised us an Innova from Day 2 to fix the "mistake." Instead, at 10 PM, he told us to "just manage" with the Ertiga and then blocked/ignored our calls. He takes your money and then leaves you helpless in a new city. Total mental harassment for my friends. Stay away!

No. 1 fraud company, avoid this scammer at all cost if you want a safe travels. This guy booked my campsite at Dawki for 21 members but he never pay my money even after I requested him many times,and he will never pick-up the phone after the guests check-out. Dear tourist avoid this scammer and dear hotelier never deal with this scammer and even if you already taken his booking never allow his guest to check-out until he paid the full payment

Fraud company with false promises and once you pay the advance, there is no support and you have to manage each and every thing from start. No one can come close to them in cheating. If you want to enjoy your holidays, avoid them at any cost.

It was very good trip of Meghalaya and Assam , Driver Rubel was awesome and Sudarshan travels , Good tempo traveller and clean rooms were there

I was scammed out of Rs 10,000 , after i paid them advance,they refused to reply back to me or receive my calls. Beware people , do not trust these morons even if they try and offer you lower cost than other travelers.

Sudarshan Travels made our Meghalaya tour a seamless and enjoyable experience! The drivers were helpful and coordinated our connecting tours smoothly. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service
