Everything was fine except breakfast & dinner in Cherapunji, Vehicle Driver was a very nice guy. He helped us as a guide. Members of Urgent Travels were always in touch also after getting full amount.

This travel agency is a complete scam – they took our money and never delivered the promised services. We were left stranded at the Bhutan border by them. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely unresponsive when we tried to get assistance. Everything they advertised was a lie – from fake tour packages to non-existent guides. Avoid this agency at all costs unless you want to be robbed and left with a ruined vacation. Lost Rs 90,000 because of them.

Fraud, they literally looted us with amount of 1 lakh . so we planed a trip to bhutan. in bhutan border we were denied entry , that itself is a long story, but point is whatever advance we gave for the trip, no refund was provided. we couldn't enter bhutan , it can be understood that entire amount cannot be refunded but atleast a fair amount could have been refunded. the owner is very rude. please do not book any of their service, in one word they are fraud.

We recently had the pleasure of taking a Glimpses of Europe tour through this agency. The tour was incredibly well-organised and the itinerary was thoughtfully curated. We had covered five countries including France, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland within a span of 9 days with proper activities. I also want to highlight the excellent and responsive customer service. They had even facilitated our visa application process and the subsequent visa appointment. Had an stress-free and enriching travel experience! Will definitely book through them again for our next trip.
