Recently i have travel Guwahati to Siliguri...⚠️ Worst travel experience with Zainab Travel ⚠️ No safety at all – especially for women. A big-body staff member misbehaved, showing zero respect. Staff behavior overall was rude and unprofessional. They even charged extra without reason. To make things worse, people were smoking inside the bus, making the journey unbearable. Totally unsafe and untrustworthy service – would never recommend! 🚫

Too much of complaint against zainab travels...!! you guys must have reported strongly 1st:- staff behaviour was not good 2nd:- the stoppage of dinner during bomdila to siliguri ( green hills hotel and resort ) totally waste of money 3rd:- they charge extra , tezpur to siliguri bus fare 800/- But they charge same from tezpur to Kamakhya guri ( gorumara chowk ) I will strongly speak about zainab travels..!!

It's a fraud, they charged us for their bus service that is zainab and provided government bus with 200₹ extra this happened on 24 octuber 2025 from tawang to guhati. On asking for refund they denied as all passengers were half way to guhati. No passengers were provided ticket on asking he said "no need". And each one was scamed

Here's my experience after paying Rs 1155 for a travel from Dirang to Guwahati. I am on the bus as I write this. Boarded the bus 5 15 pm at Dirang. Luckily with only one bag. No place to walk in and reach my seat. ( check photo and count how many people are on the floor)Think virar local rush hour ( Google it for reference). Finally reach seat no 20. No place to put my bag or keep my legs. Somehow sit for 20 mins. Then the passenger next to me, who's standing, a teenage labour, most likely, pukes. This is around Munna camp. Pukes over the passenger standing infront of me, my bag and water bottle get all the rice and dal he had at Padma rice hotel. And the bus goes on..and I am helplessly writing this review. Travel at your own risk. Update: now that I have managed to move my bag under my seat after one standing passenger got down, I Discover that the leg rest is broken (check photo) So yeah 12 hour journey like this.

Worst experienced today with zainab travels.bus staffs behaviour is not good, driving is not suitable, bus staffs never accept any complaint from passenger

Everything is fine bt They have cancelled our friends Sleeper ticket and shifted him to the lower deck by saying him that it was booked by someone else even after he showed his original E-ticket . No one is booked on that sleeper ticket The driver and the crew members Alternatiely shifting their turn n sleeping on the seat for their comfort. Hurting the emotions of the genuine passengers.

Worst service experienced. Booked on 19/11/2025 via redbus/amazon pay from Gawhati to Tawang..Bus left ISBT GAWHATI 40 minutes late due to heavy overloading on its roof.Bus stopped Bomdila at Midnight with all passengers. They took 9 hours to respond to passengers that the bus can not go further due to mechanical problem. And the driver and helper cannot resolve it. Informed red bus they assured us don't worry it will reach Tawang. Very sorry to say it reached on 21/11/2024. They abandoned all the passengers in mid way to tawang without providing alternatives. Will never board this bus from next time.
