Arrow - City Center Mall, Guwahati

I recently visited a store at Guwahati City Centre Mall to purchase an Oxford collar shirt for my husband. Not being familiar with the exact design, I relied on the store staff to guide me. They showed me a white shirt, assuring me it was an Oxford collar. Trusting their expertise, I made the purchase and returned home, only to learn from my husband that the shirt was not an Oxford collar. The next day, when I revisited the store to address the issue, they initially refused to refund the money, citing their policy. While I understand store policies, the mistake was on their part, not mine. I specifically requested an Oxford collar shirt, and if the staff were unsure, they could have easily verified it online. After a heated discussion, they eventually refunded the amount. Arrow is a reputable brand, and my husband appreciates its quality. However, this unpleasant experience has left a negative impression. I strongly believe that the store should employ well-trained and knowledgeable staff to provide accurate assistance to customers.
