i think the staff of this shop should learn some class and decency. they have no respect for customers and are straight up rude. i went there to exchange my book which got a little wet due to rain and they refused to exchange them! can you believe this reason. later on i went to another shop and got a good value for the same wet books. so everyone please avoid this shop

You can get plenty of second hand book with good condition with fair value pricing.

They will sell you books on high prices and when you go to exchange that books they will buy you in very less price like you bought B.A 1st sem book from them in1500 and when go to sell that books they will give you only 300 rs.

If teachers are our guru then book shops are our 2 nd guru, as they enlighten us with knowledge

I would like to give a negative star to the owner and the staff they all are fraud..recently I have purchased an old book which cost almost 90% of the new copy but when I return the book and purchased the new copy they charged half of the price of the old book..I returned the book in a period of one week...please don't go there they are scammer

I wanted to sell some best selling books and after inspecting my 13 books they said they would give me 100 rs altogether. The same book " The Rudest book ever" they are selling Rs 150 second hand and in my 13 books it was also there. And the staff there talks like he is some billionaire. Horrible experience there.

We went to purchase new books and exchange old books... First of all they gave only 35% discounts for the old ones by saying that the syllabus won't be same from the next year, and the books were in a decent condition... Also we asked them to let us know how much discount they have given, then they just replied in a very rude manner... We the customers have full right to ask questions about the price, discount and all, and they can't behave in that way because firstly we're customers and secondly we're students... I am about to share my experience everywhere until and unless they learn to treat their customers nicely... I am just writing here to aware you guys that donot purchase any book from that shop... 🤬 Never ever had faced such an arrogant behaviour from any book shop there in panbazar...

Both new and used books were found.
