Had the worst experience. This girl technician who was about to draw blood for a routine test failed to find any nerve in my arm but still she inserted her needle. Unable to draw blood she blamed me for moving my hand. I have been taking blood test since years but such incidents never happened to me. Again she drew blood from the other hand. So now both my hands are hurting for a small test which shouldn't be so messy. I doubt if the technician is even properly trained. Will never set foot again. Expected some professionalism.
