Very Horrible experience and we were scammed. Incorrect details furnished for "Volkswagen Polo". 1. The Polo was a Comfortline variant but the Dealer told it's Highline. 2. Dealer said the sensors were replaced, but in just less than 2 months time the ABS sensor is not functioning....with less than 500 km driven. 3. Body repainted 4. We insisted on washing the car before delivery, but he was very reluctant to do so, saying that the washing centre is full and it will be late. Whereas, there was another washing centre and it was vacant. 5. No room for negotiation and very highly priced. 2013 Polo sold for ₹4.30 Lacs. 6. The roof antenna was also faulty and it was covered with a black tape....which we realised later. 7. No history of the Car and issues are kept hidden. 8. On the day of delivery we spent almost the more than half a day, and no hospitality at all.... instead their staff were asking money for tea and snacks. From now onwards and in future I will never refer anybody to purchase any vehicle from this particular dealer "Divine Motors" nothing is Divine here...but UNDIVINE.
